1. Who we are

If you live in the United Kingdom or any country outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United States, Sideline TV (the “Service”), available at sidelinetv.com, is provided to you by Dreylock Limited, a UK private limited company, with its registered address at Office One, 1 Coldbath Square, Farringdon, London, EC1R 5HL, United Kingdom (“Sideline TV”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The company you contract with depends on the country where you live, not where you happen to access the Service from.

2. Accepting these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Sideline TV. They apply when you visit our website, create an account, buy a subscription, or otherwise use the Service. By doing any of those things, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

4. Your account

To access most features you need to create an account using a valid email address and a password. You agree to:

• give us accurate and complete information, including your country of residence, and keep it up to date;
• keep your password confidential and not share your account with anyone else;
• tell us promptly at support@sidelinetv.com if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your subscription is for your personal use. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our failure to take reasonable care.

5. The service

Depending on your plan, the Service may include:

• live scores, results, fixtures and statistics across multiple sports and leagues;
• match trackers and match data;
• access to live sports TV channels;
• game alerts and notifications; and
• live events coverage.

The exact features, sports, leagues, channels and events available may vary by plan, device and location, and may change over time as described in section 14. The current features of Sideline Access are described on our pricing page at the time you subscribe.

6. Subscription, billing and renewal

6.1 Price

Sideline Access currently costs US$34.99 per month, unless a different price is shown to you at checkout. Where required by law, applicable taxes such as VAT are included or added and shown to you before you pay.

6.2 Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly billing period, and we will charge your payment method the then-current subscription price, until you cancel. Before you complete your purchase we will show you the price, billing frequency and how to cancel. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

6.3 Free trials and promotions

If we offer a free or discounted trial, the terms of the offer will be shown at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the price shown, and you will be charged at the end of the trial. Where required by law, we will remind you before a trial converts to a paid subscription.

6.4 Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access to paid features until payment succeeds.

6.5 Price changes

We may change the subscription price. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change takes effect for your subscription. The new price will apply from your next billing period after the notice period. If you do not want to pay the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.

7. Cancellation and refunds

7.1 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing page, through our contact form, or by emailing support@sidelinetv.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

7.2 Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the limited situations in which a refund is available and how to request one.

7.3 Right of withdrawal (UK, EU and EEA consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. Because the Service is digital content and a digital service supplied immediately, at checkout we will ask you to expressly request that the Service starts immediately and to acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you must pay for the part of the Service you received before you withdrew. This right applies to your first purchase, not to later monthly renewals. To withdraw, email support@sidelinetv.com within the 14-day period with a clear statement that you are withdrawing. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how the refund is calculated and includes a model withdrawal form.

7.4 Other legal rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.

8. Information only, no gambling

Sideline TV is an information and entertainment service. Sideline TV does not accept bets or wagers, does not offer gambling services, and is not a bookmaker.

Scores, statistics, match data, alerts and any analysis we may show are provided for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and they are not financial, betting or other professional advice. You must not rely on the Service for betting or wagering. Sideline TV is not responsible for any use you make of its content with third-party services.

9. Live TV and third-party content

Some content on the Service, including live TV channels, sports data and event coverage, is licensed to us by third parties. As a result:

• availability of specific channels, events, leagues or matches depends on our agreements with those third parties and may change, be blacked out or be restricted by territory;
• some content may only be available in certain countries, and we may use your approximate location to apply these restrictions;
• you may only view content for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may not show it in public venues, charge others to view it, or redistribute it.

We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event, league or match will be available.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account or password, or resell or sublicense access to the Service;
• copy, record, rebroadcast, stream, scrape, download or redistribute any content or data from the Service, except as the Service expressly allows;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Service;
• circumvent geographic restrictions, digital rights management, access controls or other technical protections;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or try to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; or
• use the Service if you are under 18.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the Sideline TV name and brand, is owned by Sideline TV or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, league names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

Subject to these Terms and to paying any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

13. Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to, or integrations with, websites and services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content or their privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time or location. We may carry out maintenance, and live data and streams may be delayed or interrupted.

We may add, change or remove features, content, sports, leagues or channels. If we make a change that materially reduces the core features of a paid subscription, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible. You may cancel, and where required by law you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period you have not used.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support@sidelinetv.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to the Service, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law or a request from authorities, or if your use creates a risk of harm to Sideline TV, other users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to address the issue first. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. In particular, we do not warrant that scores, statistics, alerts or other data are accurate, complete or up to date.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sideline TV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or betting or gambling losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service; and
• Sideline TV’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or EEA, we are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sideline TV against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. This section does not apply to consumers where such indemnities are prohibited by law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to your rights described below.

If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after they take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

21. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and Sideline TV about the Service.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, including an affiliated Sideline TV company, for example as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, and we will make sure the transfer does not reduce your rights.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

7. Cancellation and refunds

7.1 How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing page, through our contact form, or by emailing support@sidelinetv.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

7.2 Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the limited situations in which a refund is available and how to request one.

7.3 Other legal rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country or state where you live.

8. Information only, no gambling

Sideline TV is an information and entertainment service. Sideline TV does not accept bets or wagers, does not offer gambling services, and is not a bookmaker.

Scores, statistics, match data, alerts and any analysis we may show are provided for information only. They may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and they are not financial, betting or other professional advice. You must not rely on the Service for betting or wagering. Sideline TV is not responsible for any use you make of its content with third-party services.

9. Live TV and third-party content

Some content on the Service, including live TV channels, sports data and event coverage, is licensed to us by third parties. As a result:

• availability of specific channels, events, leagues or matches depends on our agreements with those third parties and may change, be blacked out or be restricted by territory;
• some content may only be available in certain countries, and we may use your approximate location to apply these restrictions;
• you may only view content for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may not show it in public venues, charge others to view it, or redistribute it.

We do not guarantee that any specific channel, event, league or match will be available.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• share your account or password, or resell or sublicense access to the Service;
• copy, record, rebroadcast, stream, scrape, download or redistribute any content or data from the Service, except as the Service expressly allows;
• use bots, scrapers, crawlers or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Service;
• circumvent geographic restrictions, digital rights management, access controls or other technical protections;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where the law allows this despite this restriction;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or try to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; or
• use the Service if you are under 18.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the Sideline TV name and brand, is owned by Sideline TV or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, league names, logos and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their use does not imply endorsement.

Subject to these Terms and to paying any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

13. Third-party services and links

The Service may contain links to, or integrations with, websites and services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content or their privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

14. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time or location. We may carry out maintenance, and live data and streams may be delayed or interrupted.

We may add, change or remove features, content, sports, leagues or channels. If we make a change that materially reduces the core features of a paid subscription, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible. You may cancel, and where required by law you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any prepaid period you have not used.

15. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting support@sidelinetv.com.

We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to the Service, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law or a request from authorities, or if your use creates a risk of harm to Sideline TV, other users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to address the issue first. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, will continue to apply.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not make warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. In particular, we do not warrant that scores, statistics, alerts or other data are accurate, complete or up to date.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or guarantee that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Sideline TV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or betting or gambling losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service; and
• Sideline TV’s total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sideline TV against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service. This section does not apply to consumers where such indemnities are prohibited by law.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or to the law. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change is required sooner by law. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. If you continue to use the Service after they take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

21. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and Sideline TV about the Service.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, including an affiliated Sideline TV company, for example as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the business, and we will make sure the transfer does not reduce your rights.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
